Over the years I have worked in offering my services to clients I have come across recurring questions and below will be the most common questions I get asked broked down into the sections of the services offered. Any questions you may have that you don’t see feel free to ask away.

For payments done via Cashapp, Venmo, Paypal, and some ACH ( BANK -TO -BANK) Systems there will be an additional 3.99% fee added on to the final rate

Photography F.A.Q.

  • Yes, however, every photography listing has a brief breakdown of the rates and is commonly further adjusted upon contact.

  • Each client booking is different and more than often I have found that the majority of my bookings didn’t need a half or full day therefore in each listing there is a brief breakdown of how the rates work. Furthermore, once we discuss your actual needs I will inform you of the specific rate for what you need.

  • Yes more than ever, each business has different needs in their coverage and what is to be delivered after the shoots. I've found that commercial shoots only booking for photo inevitably ant video done as well so I usually end up doing both for a discounted bundle rate.

  • Not at all.

  • Yes along with the full details of the scope of coverage.

  • No, I have strayed far away from doing this due to the fact once everything is edited I always have it readily available with unlimited downloads along with discounts for printed materials.

  • It depends how late, yet commonly no not at all. Over several years of doing live events (especially weddings), no matter how carefully everything is planned it doesn’t ever go as so regarding the time. So if it goes over 30 minutes that’s fine in some cases depending on the event and location if it goes over an hour that’s fine as well. It really depends on the event.

  • Yes in the majority of the bookings they require a deposit whereas for basic coverage no.

  • 9 out of 10 bookings my clients book my flights and hotels in advance of the event, in some instances the “1 out of the 10” ask if I can book my flight, hotel or both then include the cost in my invoice or send them the receipt.

  • I always advise Clients to have web hosting services included with their final purchase so I can provide a backup in the event the content is damaged lost and or not downloaded in time before it is expired for deletion. If not the common storage availability for all clients is a 10-15 day courtesy after content is delivered. After that if the content is able to be recovered it will become available for an additional fee.

Training Consulting and Operating F.A.Q.

  • Yes I do and I most certainly have, clients that have booked me to come out to consult and train their teams have done so after initial contact determining problems needs, and solutions they will book my flight and room commonly for a duration of 2-4 days.

  • Yes, indeed I have been booked for many conferences that go from 1 day to 6 days or more. depending on the equipment I will be operating the rate will be adjusted.

  • Not necessarily, I let all my clients know that if they have anything come up they are free to text or call me. Upgrading equipment and or fixing issues isn’t always smoothly handled by the team and mistakes happen. Although Returning visits will be charged at another rate. Yet I don’t charge for calls or conference meetings to help troubleshoot anything afterward.

  • Yes, it is something I have done several times. even more so where I have clients who need consulting on what to rent for their event needs and I walk them through that process. Then I do intermittent coverage during the event while running the Audio and production.
